This year we celebrated World AIDS Day (1 Dec) with a special candle-lighting ceremony. The candles were lit for each of our beloved children who have died over the years of HIV. It was a moving and meaningful time of thanking the Lord for the children, family and friends who have touched our lives before passing. All was not gloom, however, as afterwards we were able to celebrate and pray for those children who are still alive! Many of them have returned to their families or have gone to foster families. With ARV's, many children (and adults!) are enjoying quality in their life and we thank the Lord for the HOPE we have for our children's future! Do you have someone who is HIV postive in your life?
Remember them this week.
